Perfect operates its own fleet of heavy-duty state-of-the-art machinery ranging from nimble 0.8t excavators to large positracks to 35t excavators.
Additionally we operate an armada of hook trucks and skips, tippers, EWP's, forklifts, Brokks, lifts, scaffolding and almost every tool known to man.
With our continued investment in emerging technologies such as our new fleet of Twinca Electric Dumpers allows us to load out up to 60% faster while also reducing fatigue and injury to our team members. Projects
Why owning the trucks matters
Most rubbish removal is brokered. Somebody takes your call, marks up a truck they do not own, and then hopes it turns up.
We run our own fleet of 4.5 tonne GVM tippers, built up with high sides, tarps and toolboxes, plus hook trucks and skips. So when a site has to be clear before a pour, an inspection or a handover, we can actually commit to it.
The 4.5 tonne size is deliberate. It gets down a residential driveway, into a basement carpark and along a narrow street, which is where most of this work actually is.
Loaded by hand, by machine, or both
A lot of construction waste cannot be machine loaded. It is on level six, it is behind a doorway, or it is mixed in with things that have to be kept.
We can put labourers with the truck and load it properly, or bring a bobcat or a small excavator where there is room to work. On strip outs we usually do both, hand load out of the tenancy and machine load at the dock.
If you would rather have the crew and the tools and run it yourself, that is our labour with tools service instead.
Recycling, weights and dockets
We sort and recycle most of what we cart. Concrete and brick to crushing, metal to the scrap merchant, timber and plasterboard separated where the volume justifies it.
You get weighbridge dockets for everything. On a job with any environmental reporting, a green star target or a council condition, those dockets are the evidence, and chasing them afterwards from a broker is a miserable exercise.
If the material is contaminated or contains asbestos, it is classified and disposed of under our group licences rather than quietly mixed into a general load. That is not negotiable and you would not want a contractor who treats it any other way.
Getting a price quickly
Tell us roughly what the material is, how much of it there is, where it is in the building and whether a truck can get near it. That is enough for a number.

FAQs
Do you load the rubbish or do we have to?
Either way. We can supply labourers and load it, bring a machine where there is room, or just drop a bin and cart it when you are done.
How quickly can you get a truck out?
Often same day or next day, because the trucks are ours. Ring rather than email if it is urgent.
Do you take asbestos or contaminated material?
Yes, under our own licences, classified and disposed of properly with the dockets. It never goes into a general waste load.
Do we get weighbridge dockets?
Yes, on everything. If you have council conditions, environmental reporting or a green star target, you will need them.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. Brisbane and South East Queensland out of our Slacks Creek yard, and up and down the East Coast for the right job.
