Strip out and demolition is bought on price and remembered on performance. The builders who use us again are the ones who found out we turned up, hit the programme and left the site clean. That is the measure we care about, and it is the one that has grown this business from strip outs and rubbish removal in 2010 into demolition, propping, excavation, pile trimming and decontamination across two states.
The jobs we are proudest of are the awkward ones. Multi level back to base strip outs delivered around live tenants, half house demolitions on tight streets with a neighbour on each side, and emergency make safe work where somebody needed a crew the same day. And a good number of our supervisors started here loading bins.
