Fleet
Perfect operates its own fleet of Skip Bins and Hook Trucks ranging from nimble 5m3 to large 30m3 Skip Bins. Additionally we operate an armada of excavators and skid steers, tippers, EWP's, forklifts, Brokks, lifts, scaffolding and almost every tool known to man.
Unlike traditional skips, Perfect skips are generally low sided with single or twin gate access. This means swifter & easier loading and greater waste capacities. To put this into perspective a high-sided 4.5t GVM tipper can carry approximately 2.5m3 of material, significantly less if its a dense material such as steel or brick. PSD's smallest skip is 5m3. Its largest is 30m3. With a hook truck fleet that tops out at 30t GVM 8-wheelers, axle lockers and articulated hooks, our skips can be filled to the brim, even with heavier material like brick and concrete or structural steel.
Perfect skip bins are available to builders & renovators, civil contractors, fit out companies, council & government clients and civilians wanting to dispose of waste en masse. The only requirements are space to deliver the skip, materials segregation to reduce your costs, and no asbestos or fibre board.

Why labour with tools beats labour hire
Ordinary labour hire sends you a body. You then supply the tools, the PPE, the consumables and the supervision, and you find out on day one whether the person has ever held a jackhammer.
Our crews come off our own demolition and strip out jobs. They arrive with the breakers, saws, bars, barrows and PPE, they have the tickets, and they have done the work before.
You pay an hourly rate that includes the gear. No separate hire invoice, no one driving to a hire yard at seven in the morning, and no damage waiver argument at the end.

Tickets, insurance and the paperwork
Everyone holds a construction induction card. Operators hold the relevant tickets for the plant they are on. We carry our own public liability and workers compensation, and we will send the certificates of currency before anyone sets foot on site.
We also bring our own SWMS for the work, which saves you writing one for a crew that is on site for three days.
If your site has its own induction, tell us when you book and we will get people through it before the start date rather than losing the first morning to it.
Getting a crew quickly
Tell us how many people, for how long, what the work is and what site you are on. For anything starting in the next day or two, ring rather than email.
We would rather send two people who can do the job than four who cannot, and we will say so if that is what we think.

FAQs
What is the minimum booking?
Usually half a day, though most clients book by the day. Longer bookings get a better rate.
Do the labourers bring their own tools?
Yes, that is the point of the service. Breakers, saws, grinders, bars, barrows and PPE come with the crew, included in the hourly rate.
Can you supply an excavator and an operator?
Yes, that is wet hire. Machines from small mini excavators up, with a ticketed operator. We can also supply an operator for your machine.
Are they insured and inducted?
Yes. Public liability and workers compensation on our side, construction induction cards and plant tickets on theirs, and our own SWMS for the work. Ask and we will send the certificates.
Can you work in Brisbane?
Yes. We run crews out of Slacks Creek for Brisbane and South East Queensland, and out of Marrickville for Sydney and greater NSW.
