Our policies at Perfect Strip Out & Demolition set out how we run a project safely, responsibly and consistently – from a small residential strip-out through to a large commercial demolition.

Our core policies cover:

• Workplace Health & Safety Policy Safety planning has to account for the fact that much of our work happens around people who aren’t our crew – tenants, neighbouring businesses, the public. Our WHS policy covers risk assessments specific to demolition and strip-out work, correct PPE, and a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices, with every worker expected to speak up if something looks wrong.
• Waste Management Policy – Environmental Impact & Waste Reduction Built around the “3 Rs” – reduce, reuse, recycle – this policy is what drives our on-site material segregation through the Tub Bin system, our relationships with recycling facilities, and our ongoing push to lift recycling rates project over project.
• Quality Management Policy Every strip-out and demolition project runs against clear quality and safety benchmarks, since the work we do is almost always the first step in a longer construction program for our client – getting it right the first time matters more here than on most trades.
• Equal Employment Opportunity & Anti-Discrimination Policy – Diversity and Inclusion Hiring and advancement decisions are based on merit, with a clear expectation of a workplace free from harassment and discrimination for every team member, on-site or in the office.
• Client & Community Relations Policy Because so much of our work happens in occupied buildings and busy commercial precincts, we keep communication direct with clients, building managers and neighbouring tenants – particularly around noise, access and timing – to keep disruption to a minimum.

These policies are reviewed regularly to stay aligned with current regulations and with the reality of working demolition and strip-out sites in occupied, high-traffic environments.
