Perfect Strip Out and Demolition is a commercial strip out and light demolition contractor working up and down the east coast of Australia, from our bases in Sydney and Brisbane.
We cover strip outs, make good and defit, half house deconstruction, small structural demolition, rubbish removal and skip bins.
We work for builders, shopfitters, property managers and owners across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors, in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Newcastle, the Northern Rivers and anywhere else on the east coast a crew can drive or fly to. One worker with a jackhammer or a full crew with machines, the standard is the same.
Perfect Strip Out is one of five divisions of Perfect Group, a privately owned group of specialist contractors founded in Sydney in 2010, alongside Perfect Contracting, Perfect Concrete Care, Perfect Remediation, Perfect Hire and DeconCut. Read the group story.

Experience
Perfect has been doing demolition in the commercial space since 2010.
The group started on residential work and moved into commercial deconstruction as builders took up the service. Shopfront demolition, strip outs and waste removal became a business of their own, and Perfect Strip Out and Demolition was set up to run them.
We offer detailed demolition, strip outs, propping, small structural demolition and shopfront back to base works in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, with the group's plant, cutting and hazmat capability behind us when a job needs it. Our crews travel: a strip out in Brisbane or Newcastle runs the same way as one in Sydney.
Perfect Stripout & Demolition acknowledges the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as Traditional Custodians of the country on which we live and work. We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians and Elders past, present and future, and honour their connection to the land and ongoing contribution to society.
