Renovation jobs make an awkward kind of waste. Not much of any one thing, all of it mixed, usually behind a house with no access, on a street where a big truck is not welcome.
This is the service for builders running residential and light commercial renovations who need the rubbish gone without losing half a day to it.
Small trucks, crews who will carry it out, and a number that gets answered. Sydney and greater NSW, Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Why renovation waste is its own problem
A renovation produces old kitchens, bathroom fitout, tiles, plaster, timber, carpet, a bit of concrete, packaging, and whatever was in the roof space. Almost none of it can be separated economically on a small site, and all of it has to come out through a house somebody is going to live in.
It also arrives in bursts. A strip out week fills three trucks, then nothing for a fortnight, then the fitout offcuts start. Booking that around a standing bin does not work well.
So we work on call. Ring us, we come, it goes. For regular clients we keep the same crew on the job so nobody has to explain the access twice.
Trucks that fit the street
Our tippers are 4.5 tonne GVM, built up with high sides, tarps and toolboxes. That size is deliberate.
It gets down a residential driveway, into a basement carpark, along a narrow terrace street and under a low clearance. A bigger truck is cheaper per tonne right up until it cannot get to the job, and then it is infinitely expensive.
Where a skip suits the job better we will bring one. On a tight street with no permit, a truck and two labourers is usually the faster answer.
Loaded out, not just collected
Most renovation waste is not sitting at the kerb. It is in the back room, up a flight of stairs, or down a side path.
We bring labourers who will carry it out, with barrows, bags and protection for the floors and the stairs on the way through. On a good house that protection matters. Damaging a hallway on the way out costs more than the entire waste bill.
If you would rather have people and tools by the hour and run it yourself, look at labour with tools.
The things that catch people out
Asbestos. Any house touched before the 1990s can have it. Vinyl tiles and their glue, eave sheets, bathroom wall sheeting, fuse boards. We hold the licences, so it gets handled properly rather than going quietly into a bin, which is both an offence and a genuine risk to whoever is standing there.
Lead dust in the ceiling space. Common in older homes and usually discovered by whoever goes up there for the wiring. That is a decontamination job, not a rubbish job.
The neighbours. A renovation runs for months on a quiet street. We keep the trucks off the road at school times, sweep up, and do not idle outside at seven in the morning.
Frequently asked
How fast can you come? Often same day or next day. Ring rather than email.
Do you charge by the load or by the hour? By the load for straightforward collections, by the hour where the carry out is the bulk of the work. We will tell you which suits your job.
Can you take the old kitchen and appliances? Yes. Anything serviceable we will set aside if you want it kept for reuse, but that has to be agreed before the crew starts.
Do I need a permit? Not for a truck parked legally. For a skip on a public road, usually yes.
Do you do small commercial as well? Yes, shops, offices and light industrial all fit this service.
