Demolition waste is a different problem from construction waste. It is heavy, it arrives all at once, and if the trucks stop the machine stops.
We cart demolition material as the demolition runs, on our own tippers and hook trucks, with the concrete and brick going to crushing rather than landfill.
We are a demolition contractor ourselves, so this is not a side service. It is the thing we do on our own jobs every day, and we do it for other contractors on theirs.

Volume is the whole problem
An excavator with a pulveriser will produce material faster than most people expect. On a decent sized demolition the machine can fill a truck in minutes, and the moment there is nowhere to put the material the machine is idle and so is the operator.
So the trucks have to be sequenced with the demolition, not called when the stockpile gets big. That means agreeing the cycle before the job starts: how many trucks, what turnaround, where they stage, and what happens when the tip queue is long.
Owning the fleet is what lets us commit to that. A broker cannot promise you a truck every forty minutes, because they do not control the trucks.
Sorting at the machine
The material streams on a demolition are worth real money if they stay clean.
Concrete and brick to crushing for reuse as fill or road base. Structural steel and reinforcement to the scrap merchant, and on a building with any steel in it that recovery is a line item, not a rounding error. Non ferrous metal separated because it is valuable and mixing it wastes it. Timber where there is volume.
The separation happens at the machine, as the structure comes down, because you cannot recover clean streams from a mixed pile. That is a sequencing decision made before day one, and it is the single biggest thing that decides whether your material is recycled or buried.
Heavy material needs the right trucks
Concrete is heavy. A large bin full of it will be over weight long before it is full, which is why people who put demolition rubble in a big skip end up with a bin that cannot legally be lifted.
We run tippers and hook trucks sized to the material and to the street. On a tight residential demolition that means smaller trucks and more movements, which is slower on paper and faster in reality than a truck that cannot get out of the driveway.
Hazardous material and contaminated ground
On any older structure there will be something. Bonded or friable asbestos, lead affected material, contaminated soil under a slab, an old underground tank.
Those are classified, transported and disposed of under our own licences within Perfect Group rather than subcontracted. It never enters a general load, and the chain of custody stays with one contractor, which is what an auditor looks for.
If you would rather we did the demolition as well as the carting, that is our usual arrangement and it removes the argument about who is holding the job up.
What you get on paper
Weighbridge dockets on every load, showing the weight, the classification and the receiving facility.
On a demolition with council conditions or a waste management plan, that is the evidence. And it is the honest version of a recycling claim, because you can add it up yourself rather than take a percentage on trust.
Frequently asked
Can you match a machine on site? Yes, that is the normal arrangement. Tell us the machine size and the material and we will work out the truck cycle.
Do you take contaminated spoil? Yes, classified and disposed of under licence with the validation paperwork.
Can you do the demolition too? Yes, and most clients prefer it that way. One contractor, one programme.
What happens to the concrete? It goes to a crusher and comes back as recycled aggregate or road base rather than going to landfill.
Where do you work? Sydney and greater NSW, Brisbane and South East Queensland, and along the East Coast.
Tell us the machine and the material
Machine size, what the structure is made of and where the site is. That gets you a truck cycle and a rate rather than a guess.
