1 Level office strip-out – Macquarie Park

Perfect were contracted by INAPHASE to complete an office strip-out and rubbish removal works at Avaya House in Macquarie Park. The works included the removal of workstations, carpet removal and demolition of partition walls.

The scope of work included:

• Remove existing carpet including underlay that comes out with the carpet.
• Demolish existing workstations, storage and screens
• Demolish existing partition walls – single gyprock
• Demolish existing single gyprock walls – Slab to Slab
• Remove existing joinery as shown in Plan
• Remove existing single doors
• Remove existing joinery as shown in Plan
• Remove the existing ceiling grid and tiles
• Remove existing plasterboard ceiling

Our team members commenced work on this 1 Level office strip-out. Works included workstation removal, carpet removal, demolition of partition walls. We then separated all waste and rubbish into our Tub Bin system so that it could be easily recycled. Our Tub Bin system also cuts down on double handling waste material on site, you can just fill them and wheel them out of the way.

Rubbish was removed from the site with our Tipper Trucks, which the Tub Bins were loaded into. This made for a fast and efficient removal of all waste and rubbish and ensured that it was separated correctly as we are committed to recycling 100% of rubbish and waste.
