Perfect was engaged to complete the strip out and demolition phase of a major renovation to commercial premises in North Sydney. Perfect undertook a major strip out of all three stories, covering in total 2,00m2 with a waste management plan implemented to manage to large quantity of waste from the strip out.

Following on from the strip out Perfect were asked to perform concrete cutting and concrete coring to create new penetrations and new core holes for required additional services. In preparation of new finishes to the concrete Perfect undertook nearly 500m2 in total of concrete grinding services.
Perfect used excavators on site to complete detailed excavation of concrete/rubble and soil in preparation for construction of new basement plan. All works were completed in conjunction with setup and installation of a tri-shore back propping system under the direction and supervision of site engineer.
