Macquarie University undertook major renovations of one of the 3 storey buildings on site. Perfect were engaged to complete internal demolition works, as well as soft strip out of existing fittings and fixtures. Two crews were run to operator a day and night shift to ensure this project was completed efficiently and effectively.
Perfect provided additional tradesman services after contract works, including carpentry works for installations and rendering services for wall finishes. A complete waste management plan was implemented to service all waste removal requirements of this major load out project, including both day and night load out.
