- 6,000m2 of existing tenancies,
- 6,000m2 of terrazzo tile flooring.
Pedestrian awning demolition
This involved the demolition of a 12T steel awning and the associated columns and footings. Perfect provided the methodology to carry out these works next to pedestrian traffic with minimum disturbance for the public. The awning was oxy cut and removed off-site using a 65T crane.
Green carpark slab demolition
This involved the demolition of 6000m2 concrete slab in a low clearance car park (2.1m).
All work had to be carried out with minimum noise by saw cutting the concrete slabs into blocks and loading them on low sided tippers.
Level 1 Stairs
Perfect directed the procedure carried out for these works inside the open mall area. We also arranged all dust and slurry control measures to leave the site clean and safe for pedestrian traffic the next day. This stage involved concrete stairs demolition, using a Brokk 200 fitted with a special attachment.
Soft strip out works
All floor finishes, ceiling & existing shop fit-outs for 3 levels across 6000m2 for each level.
