Questions we get asked
What does make good actually mean in my lease?
It varies. Some leases require base building condition, others just require removal of your fit out. We read the clause first, then price to that, so there is no argument at handover.
How much notice do you need?
For a single tenancy we can often mobilise within a week. Tell us your handover date and we will work back from it.
Can you work at night so the centre keeps trading?
Yes, that is how most retail defits run. We handle centre inductions, permits and noise restrictions.
Will you handle the waste paperwork?
Yes. Materials are separated and recycled where possible and you get the dockets and recycling records for your handover pack.
Is a small shop defit worth your time?
Yes. Small commercial jobs are a deliberate part of what the Queensland team does.
