Questions we get asked
How fast can you price a small strip out?
Send drawings or site photos with the scope and we normally come back within a few days. Small and urgent jobs we can often price straight off a site visit.
Can you work after hours in a trading centre?
Yes. Most of our retail strip outs happen at night or on weekends so the centre keeps trading. We handle the centre inductions and permits.
What if we find asbestos once the strip out starts?
We hold Class A and B asbestos licences, so we keep working instead of standing down while another contractor mobilises. You get one contractor and one program.
Do you handle make good as well?
Yes. Strip out plus make good under one contract is how most of our lease jobs run, which avoids the argument about who owns the patching.
Do you only do big projects?
No. Smaller commercial jobs are a deliberate part of what our Queensland team does, and we would rather quote a single tenancy than let you chase three contractors.
