Can you demolish inside a building that stays open?
Yes, that is most of our work. We stage hours, control dust and noise, and protect access routes so the building keeps operating.
Do you provide the methodology and engineering?
Yes. You get a costed methodology, and where the structure is affected we bring engineered temporary works and propping design.
How do you handle asbestos discovered during demolition?
We hold the Class A and B licences ourselves, so removal happens under the same contract rather than stopping the job.
What size jobs do you take?
From a single plant room or tenancy up to full building internals. Small jobs are genuinely welcome in Queensland.
How quickly can you get to site?
