Perfect were engaged to complete the strip out and demolition phase of a major renovation to residential premises in Bronte. Works included in demolition phase were the demolition of floor tile and bedding, removal of interior timber floor and removal of exterior timber balconies and canopies.
Following on from this a soft strip out of existing fixtures and fittings was required before grinding of waterproofing membrane and concrete grinding in preparation for new surface finishes. Detailed exterior excavation was completed using a custom designed conveyer belt load out system, providing an effective and efficient solution for the client.
