Construction Rubbish Removal in Sydney

Construction Waste

Annual construction waste is expected to reach 2.2 billion tons globally by 2025. This poses a great danger to the environment if not managed or recycled properly. Waste management and rubbish removal is a necessary part of any construction or demolition project. With waste levels on the rise, it’s more important than ever to utilise the best service for waste management. Perfect Strip-out provides industry-leading recycling and waste management solutions for all industry sectors. We provide multiple waste and rubbish removal services to our Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 construction clients all around the Sydney metro area. At Perfect, we believe in sustainability and environmental protection and are committed to an environmentally responsible approach to rubbish removal. With many years of experience with waste management, we’ve witnessed the impact destructive and inefficient processes can have on the environment – which is why we follow a Restrictive Waste Management Policy based on the “3 Rs”: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Sustainable Removal and Recycling of Waste

Construction and demolition activities can generate a wide range of different waste materials including general rubbish, excavated material such as rock and soil, waste asphalt, bricks, concrete, plasterboard, timber and vegetation, asbestos, and contaminated soil and so on. The construction industry is a substantial contributor to global waste. We believe that if we do our part to help our environment, we can decrease the amount of waste generated by the construction industry. Perfect Strip-out is continually innovating with new technologies to assist us with re-using as much material removed from our projects as possible. When it comes to waste management and recycling, Perfect takes a firm stance to enforce our recycling policies, ensuring we recycle as much material as possible from every single project. Since the company’s inception in 2010 we have always strived to innovate and increase our recycling goals year after year. We constantly invest in sustainable machineries like the Twinca Electric Dumpers and Boss-MRS 100 Magnetic attachment that enable us to separate waste better for recycling. We are committed to recycling 100% of all building waste taken from projects.

Why segregate waste?

Segregating your waste allows your business to recycle more items, preventing them from ending up in landfills. This, in turn, not only reduces your overall impact on the environment but also saves you a significant amount of money. The average construction business generates 100 metric tonnes of waste each year. Nearly a quarter of it ends up in landfill, incurring additional costs to your business. Segregation of construction waste makes it simpler to recycle larger amounts of waste materials. The lesser the amount of waste sent to landfill, the higher your profit margins are per project. As such, waste segregation can deliver tangible financial results for your business. Our recent investment in Twinca Electric Dumpers has allowed us to easily separate clean concrete on site and recycle this clean concrete in a concrete recycling facility. We invested in a Boss-MRS 100 Magnetic attachment so we can separate ferrous metals during the demolition process. This enables us to separate wood, metals and clean concrete rubble, meaning we can recycle up to 95% of these materials. As a result, Perfect Strip-out diverts 95% or more of all waste across the majority of all its projects by segregating waste so they can be easily re-used and recycled.

How can Perfect Strip-out’s Tub Bin System save you time and money?

Rubbish removal can be one of those strenuous jobs that costs time and with the recent rise in tipping rates, money as well. That’s why our team at Perfect Strip-out has spent years perfecting our tailored tub bin system that allows us to not only separate but move waste around rapidly. We have developed a failsafe system for separating rubbish and swiftly moving it off-site to either tip or recycling facilities. This dramatically reduces the cost of removing waste from the site and helps us and our clients reach sustainability goals. Our tub bin system reduces time on sites spent moving rubble or waste around. As the tub bins are on wheels and retro fitted with custom forklift grabs, we can easily fill multiple tub bins, while separating waste and swiftly remove them. Our team members separate all waste and rubbish into our Tub Bin system so that it could be easily recycled. Our Tub Bin system also cuts out double handling waste material on site as you can just fill them and wheel them out of the way.
